Natanael

Lomas de Zamora, Argentina
2013 - 2014

He was a special baby: he came into the world just a month before his due date, his hair was rare, his body temperature unstable, and his bicolor eyes made everyone fall in love. He was diagnosed with Menkes on May 7, at 7 months of age, after an extensive month of hospitalization in which he manifested, among other symtomes, seizures, hypertonia and feeding difficulties. The copper histinidate made no difference.

He woke up briefly to say goodbye to his father and passed away on November 29, 2014, on a rainy afternoon, holding the hand of his beloved mother. He lived 11 months and underwent 9 surgeries. He taught us to fight and always to overcome obstacles. Today he is not physically with us, but he is taking care of us from the stars.
